Accessibility statement
Reuma Sachs LTD provides accessible, respectful, and equal service to all our customers.
To that end, we have made, and continue to make, adjustments in the online stores and website aimed at making the shopping experience accessible to disabled customers.
On the site you will find an accessibility add-on button
that contains color-blind adjustment, Heavy vision adjustment, regular display, Access keys menu, stop motion, underline links &buttons, resize font to larger/smaller/regular size, enable keyboard focusing.
The site provides support for the common use pattern for keyboard operation.
Chrome is the browser that provides the best accessibility support with the site.
These adjustments were made with much attention under the law of Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Act and the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (TA 5568) at Level AA, in collaboration with relevant accessibility consultants and professionals
If you encounter an accessibility problem that you think has not been properly addressed, we would be grateful if you could direct our attention to it, and contact the accessibility coordinator in one of the ways of communicating later in this page.
Stores
The Reuma Sachs LTD stores also went through the necessary adjustments to be accessible:
Accessible entrance, including a ramp in required locations, free passes, service without waiting in line, hearing Impact Loops. Reuma boutiques are small boutique shops so this must be taken into account when visiting the stores, there is no disabled seating but there is a seating chair if needed. All the parking (except the factory shop) is in the malls and there is public parking and disabled parking. The factory shop has public parking on the street.
From time to time our teams undergo training on the subject.
