The following Terms and Conditions regulate
the relations between the website reuma.co.il and the website user and
constitute a binding agreement for all intents and purposes. Please read the
following carefully. Each website user may contact management at all times
using the “Contact” page for the purpose of receiving clarifications of the

The following website Usage and Purchase Terms
and Conditions define your rights and obligations when ordering products in the
website reuma.com Please read them carefully as they
constitute a binding agreement between you and Reuma Sachs Ltd.
Words signifying one gender in these Terms and
Conditions shall include the others. The word “action” in these Terms and
Conditions shall mean – any action performed for the purpose of purchasing a
product or a service in the website.
If you are a minor (under the age of 18) or
require third party approval to perform a legal action, you declare and
acknowledge that you obtained the approval of your parents, guardian, or third
party as said for the purpose of performing an action in the website.
Each user with an email and a valid credit
card issued by an Israeli credit card company licensed by law may perform an
action in the website.
Performing an action in the website, including
providing credit card details, sending queries and other actions, may also be
performed via telephone.
Supply of products and/or services shall be
executed in accordance with the provisions set forth in these Terms and
Conditions as specified hereunder.
Ordering products using the website secure

The website offers a wide variety of products.
A “shopping cart” icon is displayed by the products for sale.
Clicking on the “cart” icon after
specifying the required amount adds products to your “shopping cart”.
The actual process of shopping is executed
upon transition to the shopping cart display by clicking on the heading of the cart
and/or clicking the “cart” icon.
If products are missing with the supplier, you
will receive a message concerning this matter via email, telephone or in
writing.
In such event, the website management reserves
the right to offer you an alternative product with similar features and price,
if any.
If you accept our offer, your order details
will be updated.
If you decide to refuse to the offer, your
order will be deleted and your credit card will not be charged.
Ordering process
The order is realized once you log into the “To
purches” page. You are then requested to fill the following details in the
forms: I.D. number., first and last name, telephone, fax, street, house no.,
town, zip code, PO Box (if any) and email address.
You will be requested to approve that the
details, as you filled them on the computer screen, are still correct and
updated. In the event that the details are incorrect, you are requested to
correct them so that we can supply your order.
After you placed the order you will receive an
initial notice about receipt of your order details. Please write down the order
number (or print the order confirmation page).
For your attention: this confirmation does not
bind the website and/or anyone acting on its behalf to supply the products you
ordered; the confirmation attests that your order details were received by the
system.
Only after Reuma Sachs LTD ensures that your
credit card is valid and that the product is in stock, the product/ products
specified in the order will be delivered to you.
Faulty order
To supply you the product you ordered, your
order should be received and accepted by us in an orderly manner, containing
all the required details for charging you and shipping the products to you.
Different reasons might cause faults and disruptions
in the receipt and processing of your order by the website. If you receive a
notice concerning incorrect content in your order details or a notice
concerning a fault that occurred in the system at the time your order was
received, or if you do not receive confirmation about receipt of your order
within two days after placing it – you may assume that a malfunction occurred
and therefore we recommend that you contact us via our info@reuma.co.il or via the telephone using the numbers specified in the
“Contact” page while specifying your order number.
The website management shall be entitled to
cancel your purchase and will not be charged with any payment for the order
that was cancelled in the event of fault and/or mistake in the description of
the product and/or the service, their photo, description, price or any other
detail thereof.
If, at the time of placing the order, you
provide wrong identifying details, we cannot ensure that the products will
arrive to you. In the event that the products are returned to us due to wrong
details that you provided, you will be charged with payment for delivery and
handling fees.
Please fill in correct and updated details.
Submission of false personal details is
strictly forbidden and constitutes a criminal offense in accordance with the
provisions set forth in the Penal Law 5737-1977 and/or in accordance with the
provisions set forth in any law.
Payment methods
You may pay using a valid credit issued by one
of the credit card companies that operate in Israel by law. You will
be requested to fill in your credit card details in the designated place.
In the event you are not interested to perform
this action through the internet you may provide the missing details through
the phone.
We will wait for the approval of the credit
card company in respect of the products you purchased using your credit card
and only after receiving confirmation we will process your order and deliver
the products to you.
Privacy
The details you provide at the time of placing
an order, as well as details of future purchases, will be stored in the website
database only for the purpose of completing your purchase; although you are not
obligated to provide us your personal details by law, we will not be able to
handle your order without receiving these details.
If at the time you place the order you provide
incorrect details, we will not be able to ensure that the products will arrive
to you. In the event that the products are returned to us due to incorrect
details you provided, you will be charged with payment for delivery and
handling fees.
Please fill in correct and updated details.
Reuma Sachs LTD will not deliver your details to any other entity, yet by
registering to and/or purchasing in the website you agree that Reuma Sachs LTD
may send you email messages or contact you orally or in writing with any
information concerning special offers, new products, and advertisements from
specific commercial entities and so on.
If you are not interested that we contact you
in the manner specified hereinabove, you will have to specify this in the
designated place in the first advertisement you receive in your email or,
alternatively, in the “Contact” form.
Time of delivery
Reuma Sachs LTD will supply the products you
ordered within fourteen business days from the time you placed
your order in Israel. Abroad time of shipping varies depending on country of
shipping
Website management dedicates time and
resources and applies severe measures to prevent hacking to the website and
foils any attempt to harm our users’ privacy.
However, disruptions cannot be totally
prevented. Therefore you hereby declare that you will not raise any allegation,
demand and/or claim against Reuma Sachs LTD and/or anyone acting on its behalf
due to damages, malfunctions and/or disruptions as said.
(Business days are considered Sundays –
Thursdays, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, eves of holiday and holidays).
However, we will make every effort to shorten
delivery time (and we will be successful in most cases).
You can pick up the products you ordered
personally in our address at no extra cost.
If you requested to receive the products by a
delivery person, the products will arrive within fourteen business days in
Israel.
Due to Coronavirus delays can occur in shipments up to 30 business days/
For your attention: products will be delivered
to your address by Israel Post or delivery post to the address you provided
during the purchase process, unless otherwise stated.
Therefore, if for any reason that is not
contingent upon Reuma Sachs LTD, delivery cannot be performed and Reuma Sachs
LTD. fails to find an alternative to make delivery to the customer, Reuma Sachs
LTD. shall notify the customer about the same and shall cancel the order, and
in such event the customer shall raise no claim against Reuma Sachs LTD.
If you placed an order and specified a
business (a company) address, please specify the company’s name alongside the
customer’s name.
If you chose to order a product through the
telephone in the “telephone order” form, delivery time will be calculated only
from the time all relevant details were received by the orders center.
In the event you failed to leave credit card
details, the website management and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be
held liable for any delay in supply of the products as a result of events that
are beyond its control such as strikes or lockouts, malfunctions in the
computer system or the telephone system and/or communication systems,
malfunctions in email services, Israel Post services, hostile actions, and/or
natural disasters (earthquake, weather and so on).
If the customer does not receive the
article(s) of clothing, he should notify Reuma Sachs LTD. in writing within 48
hours from the last date of executing the order to the email:info@reuma.co.il
Prices and payments
All prices specified in the website include
VAT, unless otherwise stated expressly.
You will be charged according to the credit
card details you provided according to the price specified by the products you
ordered, in addition to delivery fees.
The website may change product prices and
delivery fees from time to time.
The valid price with relation to the order by
placed is the price published in the website as you complete the order process.
Order cancellation and product returns
You may return the products you purchased
within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Cancellation of the transaction shall be
executed in writing only to the email: info@reuma.co.il The products must
arrive to Reuma Sachs LTD. in their original package and/or in an identical
condition to the condition you received them.
In order to return the products you should
send them by regular mail or a delivery person, with the invoice you received
and a written notice concerning their return to the postal address of Reuma
Sachs LTD, 16 Hamea ve Ehad st. Ramat-Gan Israel 52234..
After returning the products you will be
credited for the price you paid for them, excluding delivery fees.
If a product that has been returned was
examined by a representative on behalf of Reuma Sachs LTD. and was found to be
returned not in its original condition, Reuma Sachs LTD. shall be entitled to
decide to refuse to accept the product.
In the event the product you received was
faulty at the time of receipt, please call +972-3-7301940 and we will replace
the product.
*no return or refund in face masks or hygiene products.
In the event of cancellation of transaction on
behalf of the customer due to a defect in the article of clothing or due to
failure to supply the article of clothing at the time set for that purpose, the
company shall return that part of the order that was paid by the customer
within 14 business days from the time of receipt of the notice concerning
cancellation of the transaction, and shall cancel charge of the transaction,
deliver the customer a copy of the cancellation notice concerning charging as
said, and shall not charge any cancellation fees. The foregoing shall be
performed upon fulfillment of the following aggregate conditions:
The customer notified the company within 24
hours from the time the article of clothing was received about the defect in
the article of clothing. The customer returned the article of clothing to the
company within 14 business days from the time of cancellation of the
transaction and/or receipt of the article of clothing, upon the earlier, to the
address: Reuma Sachs LTD, 16 Hamea ve Ehad st. Ramat-Gan Israel 52234“
In the event the customer failed to notify the
company about any defect in the article of clothing within 24 hours from the
time of its receipt this shall be deemed as admission that the article of
clothing was not defective and the customer shall raise no demand and/or claim
against the store as to the existence of any defect in the article of clothing.
The company may cancel a transaction or an
entire order or part thereof under the following circumstances:
A clerical error was made, whether in the
price of the article of clothing or description thereof.
If it transpires that a miscommunication
occurred and/or a technical problem that prevented users in the store website
to use the website in a normal manner.
In the event of force majeure, strike,
belligerent actions, hostile actions, terrorism, emergency state and/or any
other circumstances that prevent normal sale.
The article of clothing is kept in stock
and/or another mistake occurred due to which the article of clothing was
displayed for sale.
Liability
Reuma Sachs LTD is liable for the supply and
quality of the products, in accordance with the instructions of handling the
clothing attached thereof.
Reuma Sachs LTD assumed all the liabilities of
a “dealer” within its meaning in the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 and
regulations promulgated thereunder.
Photos of the clothes displayed in the store
are for demonstration purposes only and shall not bind Reuma Sachs LTD.
It is clarified and agreed that Reuma Sachs
LTD. shall make all efforts to display to the customer the most accurate
photos.
Reuma Sachs LTD. does not undertake to keep in
stock all the models and/or clothes whose photos appear in the store.
Furthermore, Reuma Sachs LTD. makes every effort to ensure that information
specified in the website is the most comprehensive and accurate information,
however it is clarified that inaccurate information or errors included in the
website were provided in good faith and Reuma Sachs LTD .shall not incur any
liability deriving there from or related thereto. Under no circumstances the
website and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall be held liable for direct
damage, indirect damage, punitive damages, random, special or consequential
damage and/or any other type of damage including, and without derogating from
the generality of the aforesaid, damages for loss of use, loss of data or loss
of profit that flow from or are related in any manner to the use or performance
of the website and/or the products that were sold due to delay in use or
inability to use the product, supply of products or failure to supply the same,
or any information, software, product, service and additional graphics obtained
through the website and/or that flow in any other manner from use of the
website, whether based on an agreement and whether in torts, whether in
absolute liability and/or any other cause, even if website management and/or
anyone acting on its behalf finds about the possibility of such damages as
said.
If you are dissatisfied with any part of the
website or one of the Terms and Conditions specified herein, please notify us
and we will review your query carefully.
The website and/or anyone acting on its behalf
shall not be held liable for any unauthorized use, abuse, illegal use and/or
fraudulent use made by a third party of the credit card you used for the purpose
of performing actions in the website.
Service in the website is provided to you “as
is”.
You shall raise no claim and/or demand towards
the website and/or anyone acting on its behalf for service features, its
abilities, limitations or adjustment to your needs and requirements.
The website undertakes to act so as to satisfy
the customer and secure the website and level of service provided therein, yet
the website does not undertake that the service in the website will not be
disrupted, and provided regularly and uninterruptedly, will be performed
securely and without errors, and/or will be able to provide protection from
unauthorized access to its computers, breakdown damages, malfunctions –
including hardware, software or communication line malfunctions originating in
subcontractors and/or anyone acting on their behalf.

intellectual property rights, including copyright, models, trade methods and
secrets, are the company’s sole property. These rights apply, inter alia, to
information contained the store, including list of articles of clothing,
description and design of clothes, and any other detail related to the
operation of the store.
1.2. Information
contained in the store, including trademarks, photos and texts, clothes design,
clothes photos and so on may not be copied, photocopied, distributed, sold,
marketed and translated without obtaining the company’s prior and written
approval.
1.3. Any
information and data published in the database, in the list of clothes
specified therein or other details specified therein may not be used without
obtaining the prior and written approval of the store management.
1.4. Any
details that are published for the purpose of display in any other website or
service may not be used without obtaining the company’s prior and written
approval and subject to the provisions set forth in that approval, if granted.
1.5. To
the extent that there are any trademarks (including photos, drawings, sketches
and so on) that were delivered for publication by the companies offering
clothes and services for sale in the store, these trademarks are the property
of these companies and they may not be used without obtaining their approval.
1.6. All
verbal content, icons, any information and/or representation that are on
display in the store, including graphics, design, verbal presentation,
trademarks, logos including their display and preparation in the store are
under the sole ownership of the company and the company owners.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
These Terms and Conditions and your order
shall be exclusively governed by Israeli law.
This order and these Terms and Conditions
shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Israel and the
competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, shall have sole and exclusive
jurisdiction over any matter arising hereof.
